Cancellation Policy

We value your time and custom.

We would therefore ask you do the same towards us. We endeavour to email and text reminders before your appointments.

It is your responsibility as the patient for keeping appointments with us, which you committed to attend, and when arranging appointments we ask that you do so at a time you feel you will be available to attend.

We understand there are times people will have to rearrange or cancel appointments, or when situations arise out of our patients’ control.

We would ask our patients to cancel and /or rearrange their appointments in such instances.

If you cancel without 24hrs (one working day) notice, a fee will be payable, usually incurred at the rate of £100 per hour surgery time booked. In exceptional circumstances, the fee may be waived entirely at the discretion of the operating Dentist whose decision is final.

Please note if you are a new patient or a returning client attending for a new assessment the deposit paid will be forfeited.
