Waiting in the waiting room policy
At Precision Implant Clinic we genuinely value your time, and understand you have better places to be than our waiting room.
We book appointment length according to our patient’s needs and to deliver a high quality care and service to all our patients, however it is inevitable that we will occasionally run behind, keeping you waiting.
Despite our best efforts to run to a schedule we don’t believe in cutting corners or delivering a lesser service to our patients in order to meet a deadline. As such, we can’t always keep to schedule without cutting corners; which we are not prepared to do, we believe every patient deserves the same high quality care.
Patients therefore should be prepared to wait between 0-30mins from their scheduled appointment prior to being taken into the surgery.
If a patient has been waiting less than 30 mins and decides to cancel or reschedule their appointment, this will be treated as a short notice cancellation and subject to the appropriate fee, usually chargeable at a rate of £100 per hour as noted in our cancellation policy.
If a patient has been waiting more than 30 mins and decides to cancel or reschedule their appointment there will be no chargeable fee. We will aim to reschedule and accommodate them as soon as possible.
